Mainly a paved trail. I was able to find a small bit of trail blazing at point 161.8 (Kouchi Jinchi) per the trail markers it was a Japanese trench and machine gun nest during WW2. Nice views.

Great for trail running training. Mostly paved, easy to follow path and trail. Some historical markets along the way to help with rest stops if needed. Couple of spots you could have a picnic if you plan ahead. Great views, lots of fun.

The first mile was AstroTurf thru Town with the coast on your right side. Then after crossing some streets and “sticking to the outlines map you come to about 120 story’s of stairs. It was challenging at a moderate pace. The trail goes thru farmland. Stay on the asphalt the whole time. There were many beautiful butterflies and lizards along the way. Was a good cardio workout but if your looking for pure wilderness this one is not the hike for you.

Not really a trail, considering it’s all just paved road through a housing area. Great to bring your kids or dogs too but not good for hiking
