We started from Tokyo. Drove 7 hours and started the hike at 7am. We took detours to see the waterfall and lakes. The stream, sulfer vents and vegetation made the hike wonderful. For trail runners, this long course is perfect. Our course was 21km and 10 hours.

The trail was very challenging, most of it was all uphill. Views were worth it!
