Monte Rite is a 6.9 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Cibiana di Cadore, Veneto, Italy that features a great forest setting and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and backpacking and is best used from May until October.

We had to find an alternative for Tre Cime (too crowded and snowy) and found this trail. Turned out pretty cool. One half of the loop trail is rocky, winding and diversified - the other is just a dirt road (booooring...) for the shuttle bus to the Messner Museum. We just did the first half as out and back trail, which we highly recommend if you don't want to bore yourself to death.
