Leaving Saturnia from the West, follow the path for a stretch (white-red signposting), which leads to Montemerano, when you reach a junction go left along the Peschiera road, at the bottom of which you will find SP 10. At this point continue to the right into protected walkway that runs along the road until it reaches Il Mulino. Here you will find the waters of the hot spring baths, after merging into the "Gorello", which provided the energy to these ancient baths. Natural waterfalls dug into the travertine landscape. This spectacular place, immersed in the green of marsh reeds, invites you to dive in. There are a few rules: respect the environment, wear closed-toed shoes even in the water, bring your own towel, and remember to have the same precautions as when bathing in the swimming pools of the establishment, as it is the same water with the same healing properties. Not recommended to pregnant women, to those who have cardio-circulatory problems, or asthma and everyone should stay no more than 20 minutes. The Mulino del Bagno building is a historical source from the 12th century and was active until the post-war period. The last restoration was in 2003.
