This is a challenging ride that involves the descent from Mount Sibilla in Val di Tenna. Starting a little above Frontignano di Ussita, take Val di Tenna goes down to Rubbiano and then ride up from Isola S. Biagio, the Sibyl to the saddle that separates it from Cima Vallelunga ( 2100 meters). From that point, take the path No. 32 on the Park's maps which is steep and overgrown. Once you get down to an elevation of 1900m the trail becomes easier to follow and allows you to descend more easily to Casale Lanza (m. 1570). The ride is easy from there, through dense forest that ends directly in Val di Tenna.
