Snowy tracks, awesome! Already knew it was going to be busy and that takes some of the fun away. Because of that 4 stars

HikingFeeGreat!

Hiked this on August 31st, with bad weather forecasted. This meant that we were lucky enough to find very little other people on the trail. We started out with lots of clouds, but thankfully no rain. It was quite chilly though, so bring warm clothing (layers!). Started our hike around 9:30 and it took us about 3h30 breaks included. Make sure to do this hike in the counterclockwise direction, we encountered several groups who did it the other way round and it seemed more difficult to us.

Sentier assez facile.

Fairly easy-moderate hike with amazing views!! We went during summer and so the crowds were quite large. Lots of families and children from what I remember.

Woderful and scenic views. The path is not difficult overall but the way from Rif. Locatelli to Col Forcellina is a bit harder with 30% slope sections. I suggest to hike the trail counterclokwise. In high season (form june to september) it's a really heavily trafficked. I never found so many people on a mountain track. So I suggest to reach the starting point (Rif Auronzo) early in the morning (before 8 o'clock).

This is an amazing trail with so much scenery. From lush green mountain hills to rocky hillside incline. It's lengthy as I competed it in just over 4 hours with four 10-15 min breaks. Definitely worth the travel here.

Due to snow & ice we were unable to complete full loop. However, we did scramble to WW I observation post. Too beautiful not to return.

Hiking

Moderately easy hiking trail with joy too many steep inclines. This time of year (October), all the refugios are closed for the winter, so make sure to carry your own food and water. Entrance to the park is 30 Euro and the parking lot fills fast. I started at 0730 and there were maybe 12-15 cars. Back at the parking lot 4 hours later and it was well over 100 cars.
