This trail begins in along the banks of Nahal Barak, and continues through the desert, along Nahal Paran until reaching Paran Night Camp (נחל ברק, נחל פארן וחניון לילה פארן). Many streams drain from Negev into the Arava area. One of these streams is Nahal Barak, which flows between Moshav Tzukim right up to the Arava Highway. The stream is known to dry up in parts!
