Really beautiful hike. Solid ground and boardwalks. Wear rain gear. Clouds come in fast with high wind action.

Good trail on the white route. Advertised as 3 hours but took me a little over 2 at a brisk pace. Trail to spinc is closed due to works so took a diversion on the blue route but no different. Great views and a relaxing meander down the miners trail to end it off.

I've done this a few times and it always took longer than suggested. Maybe I just like looking at all the things there are to look at.... There are lizards amongst the rocks at the right time of year and the birds of prey that hunt them hang on the warm winds above your head. Imagine! People used to live up here!

Great trail, went on a cloudy day and the trail was mostly dry. We weren’t in a hurry and it took us about three hours. Saw deer, mountain goats. Lots of people out but it wasn’t really an issue, we think they had an event during the morning.

white route, started at the waterfall and was ready to turn back, you use every muscle in your body but once the Broadway levels out the trek is good and less painful. beautiful views

Trail is stunningly beautiful, lots of wildlife & easy to follow on a clear day, but do be careful if remotest sign of bad weather, the route is steep in parts & can get quite slippy. Also, goes without saying, but don’t rely on smart phone to navigate - at the top all I got was a message saying ‘sorry we don’t have detail in this area at this zoom level’. Had to zoom way out to get the map & of course that’s no use for navigation. Very well signposted though, so no real problem & well worth the climb for the views.

Very beautiful views. Bring a rain jacket and enough water. Definitely bring a snack to enjoy at one of the vistas. I wish I had also had binoculars.

Did this hike with my Daughter and Sister and Brother in-law, it was beautiful, mind blowing views and the flora and fauna was so beautiful. From mountain goats to Deer we saw it all. What an amazing hike.

Good gradual and continuous climb with great panorama views of the glacial valley and two lakes.

great trail but Instead of starting at the water fall and having to to climb the boardwalk steps we walked to the upper lake turned right and started the wall walk there ascending up through miners road. tough climb but it's quite rocky so easier to go up than down.. this will bring you right around the spinc and to the boardwalk and then descend the steps back to start!

Amazing trail with wonderful maintenance! Pack a snack, plenty of water, and a raincoat. It was very manageable with a slow pace and for someone of good fitness level it would fly by. I recommend starting low in the loop and walking from the car park through the miners camp first and then going up and around.

Great scenic trail and wonderful alternatives to mellow it down or increase intensity . I found the blue trail the best and the loop walked counter clock wise early I. The morning you find barely nobody and you can handle ‘heights’ better lol

Completed in fantastic weather with my 15 month old in a child carrier backpack. After the first climbing section with the sleepers it mellowed out. Baby loved the sounds and all the people to smile at.

Great trail

Decent hike. We did it clockwise. There are sleepers all the way up. Lots of easy steps. View at top is great. Going down to river is easy too. After that the descent is a bit rockier... so it just slows you down. Final bit is flat to the car park. Great places for picnic on top or by river. Our dog came with us in lead. Recommend in almost any weather.
