This beautiful circular hike begins at the Upper Lake Car Park and passes Poulanass Waterfall before turning left to continue its ascent. Cross the Lugduff Brook and follow the path west. Once you leave the woods, you will turn right and circle around the perimeter of the forest. The last section of the loop takes you along the ridge with views of Upper Lake to your left.
