I've tried to get this walk twice - once in the wind and rain and the second time on the most glorious day. We were blown off the ridge the first day - you definitely need a dry and calm day. There's a bit of rock scaling so would recommend a dry day. It's 100% worth the wait!

best to plan ahead. weather great when I did the loop, fantastic views from the sugerloaf hill as well as the summit. be wise to wear good solid hiking boots, alot of uneven rock. extremely cold and windy on top, gloves and a coat would be recommended, even on a warm day
