A lot of road towards the end but lovely after the first km when the views start! I though it would take a while to get off the beaten track but not at all! I think if I were doing it again I’d go up to the top from the school and back down the same way as it’s by far nicer on the way up than the way down and just walking on the road in to the village and back out to the car.

Great looped walk with amazing views to the beaches and caragh lake & river & over to carrauntoohil. Bit awkward walking the last kilometre on the main road back to the school as there’s no grass verge or path.

Lovely views and windy most days. Easy for all ages. Did by mountain bike also but a little rough in places. Not in donegal as stated. it's in Kerry.

had to abandon due to weather. No not rain but unforcasted sunshine and forgetting to take sun lotion.

A really nice hike that is mixed between Road & Track. As a family we have done this dozens of times. Plenty of rest/picnic areas. Now it’s tough in parts but all in all a nice few hours out. Beautiful scenery of Dingle, Rossbeigh, Glenbeigh & Glencar. Aged 6plus for tired legs. Not a busy route either! Enjoy this
