Walked from Stok Village to the flags area. Good trail that gains elevation slowly. Did this with my 9 yr old daughters and they were able to handle it fine. Lots of cows, horses carrying loads for trekkers, and friendly dogs along the way.

One of the most amazing peaks to summit in India

Trek of my lifetime. This is one of the rarest trek, where you get to experience what it feels to be at 20000 ft without having expertise to be a pro in mountaineering. We took little different route from the one mapped here. Route is technically not that hard, biggest concern is Acute Mountain Sickness and many people are not able to get to the summit due to this.
