Did this hike in 2011. Wasn't that well known at that time so not overly crowded. This hike is a rewarding experience on its own. You will get to see the lush green Kullu valley as well as the moonscape of Spiti valley. Camping in Siah-Goru is a challenging experience but we enjoyed it every bit. I guess now when it is on hiking radar of everyone, you will find more people on the trail.

A wonderful Trek challenging you at all points and testing your endurance and preparedness. We experienced all weathers including hailstorms while on the trek.
The view at Hampta Pass was amazing with the Indarsen and Deotibba peaks giving you a great experience...
