There is a better trail system above the track listed here. I would drive past the camping and park at the old Church called Kirkchuvammur. Behind that is a trail map and the start of the trails. we didn't have time to go to the end but I think if you did the big loop it would be about 45 min. Really pretty small hills and tons of lupines. If you start at the beginning where the track is recorded cut through the campgrounds to the old Church and you can hit the upper trails. That will add about 30 min to the hike.
