I followed the route from the secret beach beyond Four Seasons, down to the tide pools and stopped the recording there. The distance was a mile and a half. Almost completely paved. Good for walking and jogging.

Paved, manicured, beautiful. Great for whale watching, and sunsets.

This trail was very easy, and had some beautiful views. Perfect for the kids, and a quick dip in the lagoons. We parked at the restaurant/grocery area across from Aulani.

i bet it’d be a beautiful sunset walk but not much of a fun trail run, I had a hard time finding parking because it’s a resort and then you just run along the sidewalk overlooking the lagoons,i actually ran on the grass most the time which was nice that that was possible. it was definitely a lot shorter than 4 miles, i ran the whole thing end to end and back and to my car and was only 3 miles.

Beautiful paved path along the beach. Although, it is definitely not 4.5 mi there and back. It is half that

Completed this trail many times, either while taking a leisure stroll with the family or as a trail run with a group using the lagoons as fitness pools along the way...try running in the sand or a crab walk or relay...gets the heart pumping. Great views and generally well trafficked.

Walking

Easy paved walkway that runs several miles between lagoons and area resorts. Gorgeous views and several benches along the way to sit and enjoy. Swimming was permitted but no lifeguards on duty. Good place to let the kids run around. Public parking is available, and restrooms are too.

First to Review

This is not a nature trail. It is a beautiful, wide, flat, paved trail along the man-made coves in front of the upscale resort hotels in Ko'Olina. Great at any time of the day depending on what you are looking for: jog, stroll, sunset or exploring this little area. For what it is, it is very nice. If you are looking for an outdoor adventure, this is not it! But I guess you can tell that from the map.
