This is my 10th-ish trip to Maui and I have never been here. Mostly because it’s not really a “big deal” if you will. If you’re looking to kill 20-30 mins and just want a walk this is good. I didn’t follow the path on here- it appears to be a “registered golf players” only path, followed the dragon tooth trail to the far right near parking area.
A nice little hike we ended up on Fleming Beach down the Ritz, with a beautiful sunset
cool rock formations but very short. pretty picture
I’d say the neat maze at the end was a nice photo op and is what makes “the hike”. Nothing else too wow about the .5 miles. Still beautiful, as is all of Maui!
Breathe take
Great photo op! Quick and easy to the edge where formations are breathtaking!
We just went this past week and conditions were fantastic. The trail is very, very easy with breathtaking views.
Love, love, love this trail! It was so pretty and so easy! We went at dusk so we were there while the sun set, which was beautiful. Really enjoyed the scenery and thought it was beautiful.
Interesting "dragon teeth" rocks, went on a semi rainy day and the waves were very intense and massive splash zones all the way around. Great place for watching whales also
Really short hike but good shoes required as you're walking on potentially wet lava rocks. A fall is gonna hurt. Pretty amazing to see mother nature in action, can't find rock formations like that many other places.
Easy Trail good for all ages.
Very beautiful

A short walk on the shore line. Good views, but quite warm in the middle of the day. Recommend you do both this trail and Kapalua Coast Trail at the same time since you don't even need to move your car.
Amazing views, don’t forget sun screen!! We spent a lot of time on the rocks and I was pretty burnt.
Did it in conjunction with the Makaluopuna Trail. Nice and easy with typical Hawaii coast views.
Amazing, super easy
Not a hike but the more like a path along golf course. Dragon’s Teeth is worth the walk! You must wear good shoes. Flip flops not recommended.
A bit difficult to find the start. Ignore the gps and head lookers right. Then cross the barrier that says the hike is closed (very popular hike- a lot of people crossing the barrier (just a rope). Rocks really look like teeth. beware of rogue waves and stay off the wet rocks... there were a few significant waves that someone standing in the wrong place would not have enjoyed.
Great hike. Family friendly a must do especially if the weather is windy
Easy hike in distance. However you have to be careful when walking. Sharp rocks and some scrambling involved. Wear good shoes!
I would not call it Hike. I would liken it to a path Not close to hiking. However, dragons teeth is a great place to explore
Beautiful views. Easy dirt path to rocks.
Very cool view and alien rocks abound.
Nice stroll along the coast. Super easy
Very scenic. But more of a path to a destination than a trail.
Great!
Cliffs at the end to jump off of if you're a strong swimmer! Other than that great views and accessible for all ages
