The first part of the hike was easy, but there wasn’t any shade, so don’t forget the sunscreen! The hike starts to get a little more challenging once you get to the areas where you have to climb up and down some ropes, but it’s not too difficult. Your feet will be getting wet and muddy, and there’s a lot of mosquitos once you get to the water, so you will be needing bug spray! The second waterfall/swimming hole is about 20 minutes away from the first one. It was really nice, but I think I would have been ok with just hanging out at the first one. Overall it was really fun, just a little bit tiring if you’re out of shape like I am.

Easy hike, but you have to rope down when you get to the falls and rope again down to get to the bottom of the waterfall but not bad. Beautiful water falls, nice open water pool to swim.

The oasis loop at the end is beautiful. Like others have said, bug spray is highly recommended once you reach the falls as it's a mosquito haven there. In addition, be wary of the weather - if it is going to rain or has recently rained, chances are it will make getting both in and out of the oasis bit at the end more tough than it is, despite there being ropes for support. I would err on the side of caution if you decide to do it alone, mostly due to the steep portions of getting up and down the loop at the end. Otherwise, the rest of the hike is fair and not strenuous. I would have given this five stars, but this hike is sort of like having a dinner full of vegetables, with a fudge cake waiting at the end. Overall, I'd still recommend it as the falls are beautiful.

Beautiful trail. Pretty easy through the first half, then more technical downhill. Very difficult decent/ascent with ropes in the jungle and from the top of the falls to the bottom. If it rains, the mud slopes are incredibly slippery.

Easy to follow trail. Some ropes involved. Bring lots of bugspray. Relatively clear water when we went.

Really nice hike, a bit challenging at the end going down to the pond but there are ropes to help. Make sure to bring bug spray!

I would recommend this trail. Bring gloves and old good shoes that you don’t mind getting wet and muddy. At the waterfall you may go for a refreshing swim, so bring a bathing suit.

Moderate/hard hike with awesome waterfall. Walk down the river and fork to the right to enjoy a pool that has a rock you can jump off of.

Super fun trail! Mostly smooth until you have to start descending using ropes. (BRING GLOVES). Can be slippery after if rains, so just be cautious. The rocks once you get sown are also slippery. Besides that great views and great hike.
