Giona (Strimi-Pyrgos-Sykia) is a 9.6 mile lightly trafficked point-to-point trail located near Stromi, Central Greece, Greece that features a great forest setting and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for hiking, nature trips, and backpacking and is best used from May until October.

Walking in Giona starting from the village of Strimi (900m). Climb to Botsika (1750m) and from there heading to the top of Pyrgos (2063m). Then descend to Lazorema, which we cross and reach Sykia (700m). Διάσχιση στη Γκιώνα με αφετηρία το χωριό Στρώμη (900μ). Ανάβαση στο διάσελο Μπότσικα (1750μ) και από εκεί με κατεύθυνση στην κορυφή Πύργος (2063μ). Εν συνεχεία κατάβαση στο Λαζόρεμα, το οποίο διασχίζουμε και καταλήγουμε στη Συκιά (700μ).
