This route is a certified premium hiking trail that starts in the Black Forest National Park and leads north from Oppenau through the entire Northern Black Forest. The Murgleiter can be divided into different stages. It follows the Murgtal from Gaggenau via Gernsbach, Forbach and Baiersbronn to the Schliffkop. This route requires sufficient fitness, as it repeatedly leads along steep forest slopes. But it reveals beautiful views of lovely valleys. Follow the trail marking of a blue rhombus.
