This route is a certified premium hiking trail in the Swabian Alb. In the midst of vineyards you walk through an area full of tradition and exciting history. A special highlight is the castle ruins Hohenneuffen, from which one has beautiful views of the Alb foothills. It was expanded in the 15th century as a Württemberg state government. Particularly typical of this area are the woodruff-beech forests and the stone walls.
