This coastal loop explores the western side of Porquerolles Island. This trail leaves from the port when you will arrive via ferry/boat. You will walk along the island roads for just under a mile until you reach the footpath. There are connecting trails to further explore the inner portion of the western loop, as well as trails and roads exploring the eastern side of the island. This trail can easily be shortened or started from various other points along the way. If you are not leaving from the ferry, your route on foot will begin at just about .8 mile (just under the 1 mile point) into the route mapped here.
