The walk starts at Roquefort, an ancien castelnau of the XIIth century located at the confluence of the Estampon and the Douze rivers. After the wooden arenas classified as historical monuments, the walker enters a wood leading to the mill of Batan and the Gallo-Roman site of Mouneyres in the neighboring town of Sarbazan. The return towards Roquefort takes the walker to a rural area and then along the Estampon river
