Starting south east of Seez you head down a tractor trail and over a bridge into densely forested woodland. Hang a left at the bridge and follow the trail, dropping down to the water's edge if the level allows. You'll soon rejoin the tractor trail before arriving at another bridge and a youth hostel called Auberge de Jeunesse. Behind the youth hostel and at the end of a parking lot, you'll see the start of a steep ascent through the forest on natural singletrack. Always keep left as you walk up. After approximately 125m of vertical ascent you'll hopefully come across another tractor trail. Turn right on the tractor trail and walk until you arrive at what appears to be a large turning circle - one can only assume this is for tractors. Look closely and you should notice a steep descent on the eastern edge of the clearing. Follow this down in its entirety until you return to the first bridge you came across on the outward stretch of the trek. The rest you'll have hiked earlier. And you'll be lucky if you see a squirrel!

A short, easyish (one steep ascent will test those legs) that takes you alongside a river and then gets you lost in a beautiful forest. A great way to while away a couple of hours.
