A walk from the village of Cubbington in Warwickshire. The route is through open fields, enjoying the delights of Newbold Comyn Golf Course, the historic village of Offchurch and a brief sighting of the River Leam. For the first stretch, you will enjoy the delights of The Millennium Way where you will be guided by the distinctive black Millennium Way waymarkers. The walk has several steady gradients throughout. You will need to negotiate several gates and kissing gates, some footbridges (including single sleeper bridges) plus 8 stiles (most of these will be ok for dogs, but there is one that dogs will need a lift over). Most of the land is arable, but some of the fields you will cross may be holding livestock. You will need to cross a golf course, so please show respect for the golfers by allowing them to play their shots before you cross the fairways and watch out for any stray flying golf balls. Allow 3.5 hours. The Millennium Way is a beautiful 100 mile walk in the heart of England, from Pershore in Worcestershire to Middleton Cheney in Northamptonshire. The route was created by the 41 Club as a community project, with something to offer every walker or rambler across Worcestershire, Warwickshire and Northamptonshire. This is one of 44 circular walks, each of which incorporates a section of the Millennium Way and is published in partnership with 41 Club.
