Frensham Great and Little Ponds is a 5 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Farnham, Surrey, England that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and running and is accessible year-round.
This is a great loop around both Great and Little ponds at Frensham. Completely mud free, so good for winter walks as well as summer. Easy walking. Dog friendly. Starts at the Great Pond visitor centre. Cafe/toilets at both the start and north end of Little Pond.
January 22, 2021Parking is no longer National Trust and can only pay via RingGo. Lovely, easy walk round the Great Pond. Decided not to do Little Pond as done that before. Would be easy to vary the route. Took 1.5 hours to do just Great Pond.

January 9, 2021Great walk. We changed the route after walking around the Little Pond as it was getting uncomfortably busy. Quieter option and about the same distance.
January 3, 2021Great easy, gentle walk. Not muddy at all. Cafe at the Great Pond has a good selection of food and drink. No mud - easy to do in trainers.
