Great trail! Quite exposed on a windy day and slippery/muddy. Great views and nice route
Nice and dry ground, gets a little rocky up to the left of the trail, coming back past on the right theres some nice open fields. DOGS: Now im local and there's been many newspaper articles about dogs getting caught up in the moment and running off the edges and sadly not coming back. Keep them on lead when you're up and to the left of the trail, as you come back and just past midway marker there's plenty of big fields you can let them off for a good run. There's also a stone beach and when the tides in they can have a little dip. There are sheep around and not enclosed so keep an eye out. There's also one non friendly dog stile, but it's only about 3ft tall and my Shepherd cleared it easy, smaller dogs can go through the gap aswell.
