We really enjoyed this walk especially as it was a beautiful day. It was fun for the dog too except for one gate where we had to pick him up to get him over it - he's a large dog! He was off lead except for a couple of road crossings. Couple of hills to keep it interesting, not too muddy but a little slippy as we were in wellies! Thanks AllTrails once again!
mostly flat apart from two steep inclines which were a good workout but worth it for the views at the top. a very scenic area with a lot of different terrain and pheasants everywhere. highly recommended.
Brilliant, couple of good hills, lost of woodland highly recommend
Dog friendly, relaxed walk. A lot of pheasants about in one area, really enjoyed it.
Really enjoyable romp with varied landscape, a couple of moderately taxing slopes, some very posh houses to gawp at and a great pub to start/finish at.
Tough walk in the heat today Lots of ups and downs Completely worn out but exhilarated
Lots on offer on this walk; hearty hills, beautiful fields, charming common land, wonderful woods and the Getty family’s Wormsley Estate. We encountered pheasants, cows, deer, sheep, a peacock and a few mountain bikers on our way round. The dog enjoyed himself immensely; he was only on the lead where stipulated (less than 10% of the walk). Give it a go!
A very good pleasant trail and a good distance however this was quite busy often having to let people past and also lots of mountain bikers. On the whole very good and some incredible views.
Easy to follow. Some ‘no public access’ signs on public footpaths but had no problems walking through. Great for nosying at beautiful houses!
Great trail to have the dog off the lead - plenty of beautiful woodland and country views and some amazingly beautiful country homes! Free parking in Christmas common and straight onto the trail in minutes! Given the recent weather expected it to be very muddy but was relatively dry and a pleasure to walk today on a crisp New Years Day!
