Lovely new year’s day walk, started from Shoreham as the visitors’ centre car park was overflowing. Not too muddy compared to other walks this Christmas. Only negative is the motorway noise for some if the walk but not a reason not to do it. Will be back to do it in the summer.

Great one with lots of pubs in shoreham. The crown open for takeaway during lockdown. Better to do it the opposite direction so you finish near shoreham with the pubs!

Complete this trail during the mid summer lock down. Beautiful scenery and a great adventure. The lavender fields are spectacular as are the rivers. Only complaint is that some pathways and passages had slightly over grown making access to some parts difficult.

This is a wonderful trail, clearly indicated and in beautiful surroundings. It runs through fields, past cute houses, through woods, up the hills of Kent and along rivers. We saw sheep, cows and horses. I will definitely do this one again. I had a 9 year old with me that had a great time too.

We thoroughly enjoyed this hike and had minimal issues following the route. It would have been better if we started the hike earlier in the day as we wasn't aware that the car park closed at 5pm. We took some wonderful photos but we didn't stop for a leisurely lunch as we were concerned about getting back in time. We would love to do this hike again and would recommend it

We cut off half of this walk due to not wanting to walk across the busy golf course on a Sunday. Car park very busy, route busy with other walkers, and kept having to stand aside for cars on the lane leading to the castle. Will attempt again on a quieter weekday.
