Ice under foot in places. plus, muddy puddles so decent boots required. overall nice walk
Great walk with 3 dogs.. Little bit overgrown for about 15min of the walk. Took us 1hr 20min. Lovely views by the river.
This is such a lovely walk. I walked with 3 dogs and they were off lead the whole time. The river is always nearby so they get to have a dip and cool down when it’s hot. The second part of the trail is really overgrown and I almost turned back but it was totally worth all the stinging nettles. The rest of the walk is pure bliss. Most of it is flattish apart from a few little climbs but nothing too tiring. You go through fields, the woods, over little bridges and walk along the river.
