Great walk, did it anti-clockwise as I love a scramble. Nice bimble back down Jacobs Ladder.

The path easy to follow to halfway , where we kinda lost. So we had to turn back, follow by other path. Jacobbs ladder worth a walk. Definitely anti clockwise the way!

The scramble up the waterfall is quite difficult. We had to cut the walk short after getting stuck in mud for 20 minutes going over the top of the hill. Be careful taking the mud path crossing the 2nd waterfall and big boulders.

We went up Grindsbrook, along to Kinder Low and back via Jacobs Ladder & Upper Booth. Would recommend that direction as you climb up the river on fresh legs. Lovely circular walk with great views.

Brilliant walk and will be back again soon to complete fully as we went off route rock climbing up the waterfalls which added another hour on our journey so we had to skip out a visit to Mam Tor from Kinder Scout and headed back to Edale as it was getting dark. Massively recommend this though as the hike is really adventurous and exciting and look forward to getting back out there some time.

This was a challenging trail requiring quite a bit of scrambling up to the peak. Icy conditions made it quite difficult - walking sticks are a great help! The fog was too thick up top for any visibility but the scenery was beautiful climbing up.

Decent trail, boggy in places. Only difficult part was the scramble down, saw a couple of unhappy doggos on that section. Only downside was the number of inconsiderate people!

Stunning views. Wasn't that easy to follow the route but I didn't download the map but I used my good sense of direction. Edale village car park was empty at 8am on a Saturday morning (please note toilets do not open until 10am). Coins only in the machine and I put in £6 just in case I was over 4 hours. Easy to follow to the footpaths, I then chose to do Jacobs Ladder which was a but tough but amazing. Basically climbing a waterfall and had to keep crossing over to follow an easier pathway. Not for the faint hearted or unfit people. Do not wear trainers/shoes, boots really are needed. At the top the views from Kinder Low are stunning. then I headed to the summit which wasn't as impressive. The next part was very difficult to navigate and it is boggy, muddy and confusing. Just keep the ladder/waterfall on your right to get down and try to follow a path.Stunning views all round and will definitely do it again.
