Great Rundale Tarn, Maize Beck and High Cup Nick Circular Walk is a 10.6 mile loop trail located near Appleby-in-Westmorland, Cumbria, England that features a lake and is rated as difficult. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, trail running, and backpacking.
December 5, 2020January 30, 2020A great walk. It was done. Not in the greatest of weather 300 meters and below visibility was great 400 meters above windy rainy and visibility down to 10-20 meters. This made following the path incredibly hard, as we went of course slightly on the top Moor. Wish I could say more about the view's but sadly this was hampered. Some great little becks and rivers, with a specular set of water cascades.

First to Reviewthe trail isnt maintained, so keep this in mind as it's easy to get confused once you're out on the moors. if you decide to go down the valley from high cup nick, it's a scramble and very steep
