October 3, 2020We chose to attempt this in less than ideal weather! Windy and rainy but still enjoyable. Striding edge not for the faint hearted. Great experience but would recommend trying this one in good weather.

September 10, 2020One of the best trails in the Lakes by far ! Scrambling along Striding Edge, climbing up to the top of Helvellyn and clambering down Swirral Edge with amazing views ALL the way to keep you going but would not want to attempt this in poor conditions.
September 9, 2020Gave this 5 stars despite being robbed of the views due to the weather. Striding Edge, the climb up Helvellyn and then Swirral edge were all exhilarating and great fun. Will be doing this again in a bit to get the nice weather and views.
September 2, 2020On the top of my favourite list... amazing views from top to bottom. Striding Edge not for the faint hearted and not to be tackled in bad weather, but it’s a must. Very clear path to follow, download map as no signal most of the way. Enjoy

October 21, 2019A fantastic day out and comes with it a great sense of achievement. Fun times scrambling along Striding Edge! Not too difficult and should have no difficulty if you're relatively fit and trust your feet.
