West Wycombe, Saunderton and Bradenham Circular Walk is a 6.5 mile loop trail located near High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, England that offers the chance to see wildlife and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options.
A loop starting at West Wycombe with free car parking going on to Saunderton & Bradenham before returning to West Wycombe. A few hills, lots of fields and woodland.
A bit muddy & quite a few large puddles as it's mid-January. Nice walk with a few different terrains. Dog was off-lead 80% of the time. Free parking at the top of Golden Ball/St. Lawrence Church vs. £4 for 4 hours in the public car park/beginning of the official walk.
Slightly tricky in the woods but easy enough to get back on track
First half of the walk doesn’t feature many views being pretty much woodlands and the second half has lovely exposed open fields so nice variation. The northern most part of the walk does feature some windy country roads with no footpath so be careful there. The start/finish point is definitely worth checking out as some great views of rolling hills and very close to the Hell-Fire Caves.
This walk was very very muddy partly due to it being along a unpaved track that has been churned by loggers. The walk is also quite dull as you’re walking along a car track. For much of it you can hear the road. Wouldn’t recommend
