Great woodland trail with beautiful views (especially on autumn). Boggy to start, please pay attention to map as it is easy to take a WRONG turn!
Muddy but it’s mid-Jan and we had a few days of rain. 1 uphill climb at the beginning if you go clockwise. Great woods for the dog and only a few roads to worry about.
Great woodland trail (especially on autumn). Boggy to start (and pay attention to map as we definitely took the wrong turn!) but beautiful views.
Surprisingly lovely walk. Mostly woodland but enough variety to keep it interesting. Pretty easy to follow with GPS. Views over to West Wycombe Park (location of the Hellfire Caves, well worth a visit when possible). Towards the end, Downley Community space, with benches overlooking the cricket field is a lovely place to stop.
Nice route, though very muddy and slippery towards the beginning (November hike). Easy to navigate and the coffee shop in Downley is a great place to finish if you adapt your start/finish point.
Quite flat, nice trip over wild wood witch many different trees, green and rotten scenarios. Nice walk for all family. Free car park spaces.
