This is a lovely circular walk from Binfield in Berkshire that combines tree-lined bridleways with views across the Thames Valley (on a clear day). The walk starts and finishes in a quiet corner of Binfield and showcases some of the best bits of Binfield and Billingbear. This walk has sections which can be muddy after rain, and a section along a road that can be busy at certain times of day. You will need to negotiate several kissing gates, ramblers gates and you will cross one field that is likely to be holding horses. Dogs should be kept on leads on the Carters Hill to Billingbear and the Ramblers Route to Top Yard sections.

Great walk around Binfield we extended it a bit continuing the loop across the road and taking the footpath to take in the lane pastBinfield FC and the cemetery and the church and then a bit on the road but there is a narrow pavement then rejoined the ramblers route . Loved looking at the houses and rural properties along the lanes

Very muddy, but pleasant walk. A few footpath signs were well hidden

Some pleasant views and beautiful properties and hamlets along the walk, mostly tree lined though so would have liked some more open air elements to enjoy the sunshine.

We combined this with the Binfield walk on Boxing Day. It wasnt too muddy and the views are great. I agree that the road can be busy and any traffic is quite fast. We enjoyed this walk.
