Started from The Catherine Wheel, plenty of parking on the high street. Slightly just under moderate difficulty I think, there are some steep hills to go up but manageable without poles but if it's a bit wet/damp can be a bit hairy going downhill. Because it's a valley it can get very muddy and sometimes floods, so do check the weather. Lots of cows not so much sheep, plenty of mushrooms. Typical gorgeous English countryside views but not much else, consider a detour to the reservoir.

Really nice walk on a lovely day. The road part could be avoided with a slight detour but is very quiet anyway. Pub at the end which made it perfect!

A really beautiful route. Lovely views! There were some steeper bits in places but not for too long. And not at all busy. Kids enjoyed it too :)

Nice walk! The first 1/3 or so is along a road, but its still nice, and we didn't see a single car. The next part gets a little hilly, but very manageable, with lots of cows along the way. There were a few families but other than that, not very busy. Marshfield has a pub that's now open too :)

Great walk, bit too much tarmac for my liking initially but soon becomes much more interesting and variable once you get into the valley.

This is a great trail to go on. It feels longer as there are few climbs but nothing too hard. Great views along the walk. Would recommend!
