A walk on the footpaths and bridleways around the picturesque village of Holyport in Berkshire. Holyport is not as well known as its neighbor Bray, but it does have its own claim to fame in being home to one of the world's few real tennis courts. The Royal County of Berkshire Real Tennis Club was where Prince Edward first met his wife to be, Sophie. The pub at the start, The Belgian Arms, is a great find with good ales, excellent food and a warm welcome to walkers and dogs. The walk is flat with no stiles but there are a couple of narrow bridges and the grass footpaths could be muddy in wet weather. Look out for horse-riders and cyclists also using the paths.
