Most of this area is privately owned and used for farming and forestry. There are seven suggestions for hiking and cycling trips around the forests, river valley and armland, plotted in collaboration with the landowners. With a single exception, the routes are not marked out in the terrain. The Danish nature protection law concerning traffic in the countryside applies.
