The landscape here was shaped by the ice age, a large part comprised of old deciduous forest. Most are beech, but there are also stretches of oak and ash. There are several marked trails, and the specially mushroom-interested can see instances of many different mushrooms. This is also a great spot for bird watching. From the viewpoints, you can see Alrø and Vorsø.
