Furesø Loop is a 13 mile heavily trafficked loop trail located near Værløse, Capital Region of Denmark, Denmark that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
The Furesø Loop is a trail which takes you all around lake Furesø. The trail offers spectacular views over the entire lake and you'll come across varied landscapes, from forests to towns and beaches on the coast of the lake. Typically this trail is done by cyclists, but for who wants to walk it there's loads of campgrounds and other overnight options along the trail. Kayaks are for rent nearby the trail and the route comes past a small fire pit as reststop.
we did it on a very cold day, the area is nice and everything was frozen, it was a good training hike

This is a very nice walk. A rather big part of the route is not along the lake, but it is still nice and beautiful.
Loved this trail. It was hard but funny, lots of off trail through the woods, were you walk on edges near the water. Our 7 year old daughter walked with us and had a blast on the whole trip We can see on our map, that We walked more along the water and through the forest than others. Perhaps thats why our trip was nearly 28 km long.
