Wynyard Regional Park Loop is a 1.8 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Wynyard, Saskatchewan, Canada that features a lake and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.
This essentially is a trail that skirts a slough (not a lake to me) through a farmers field. We went end of May so the crop was only a few inches tall. I highly doubt this trail is usable once the farmers crop is taller unless they mow a trail through it. Was an ok trail but not one I would do again nor recommend. Perhaps it is used as a ski trail in the winter time I’m not sure. Signage was very minimal next to none. The trail head starts at the “office” we however started it at campsite 11. Could definitely use more and better signage. Park over all is on the rougher neglected side.
