The Mud Creek Trail is a loop trail the follows the shore of Waskesiu Lake before turning up Mud Creek and then looping back through the forest. An interpretive brochure and numbered posts provide information along the way.

This is a beautiful trail with great views along the shore of Waskesiu Lake, and then an interesting section along the creek with lots of evidence of beaver activity. Some of the information in the brochure is out of date, as the beavers have moved their house.
