Covering a little more than 150 square km, the Park offers a vast territory for outdoors lovers. It can be accessed from the following sectors: Massif, Grande-Pier, Grande-Vallée, Suspension Bridge and Foothills. The Park is equipped with a mountain range incorporating a network of multifunctional footpaths (walking, cycling, cross-country skiing and snowshoeing) of 120 km. Many shelters and rustic campsites make it possible to extend the stay of the hikers. Crossed by a magnificent river, the Ouareau forest highlights the numerous wild lakes and a climbing wall recognized and managed by the Quebec Federation of Mountain and Climbing.
