Easy trail. Good for getting out and enjoying life. There a farm on the walk and the flies that come with. Places to have a family picnic as well. I imagine that a good portion of the trail along the water is flooded out in the spring.

Very flat except one or 2 very small hills. A network of different trails sl you can easily make your "hike" longer/shorter. Well marked trails but consult your map before setting out. Lots of little places to stop and picnic near the water. A cool little farm to visit. There's a sugar shack in there with all the blue mapling lines and a nice stone house to stop at depending which trail you take. Today was quite wet/muddy so hiking shoes were good to have and BUG SPRAY. There were THOUSANDS of mosquitos today. paid parking in the parking lot or for admission to the beach but you can park for free in the little streets across from the park.

The indication sign of the trail is so confusing. Easy to get off the trail. Wouldn’t go back.

Worst signage ever. Trails are not well marked.

Its an easy trail. The paths are well identified, with segments exposed to the water and winds, some areas were flooded in spring. The interior trails are nice. Forest is home to deer, foxes and a large variety of birds including the Pileated Woodpecker. Its nice to be within city limits and see wildlife. Pay Parking, 9$ for the day.

Les pistes de ski de fond sont toujours bien entretenues . Une boucle de 11km est possible, ainsi que plusieurs autres moins longue. The ski trails are always well groomed. A 11km loop is possible, as well as a few shorter distances.
