WalkingFeeGreat!

Fantastic trail ! Very quiet and well groomed. Still a lot of snow for April but manageable on foot without snowshoes. Will definitely come back again soon.

If we had worn snowshoes it would have been a lot easier lol. Great lookout!

Balisage insuffisant. Magnifique panorama sur les Laurentides.

The Petite-Nation's highest peak ´till Mt. Tremblant. It has a series of snow tube downhill tracks, with two(2) new 0.5km bobsleigh tracks; one of whom is a double diamond! The trail up the Black Mountain is variable yet worth the hike especially during summer! Accessible year-round; mountain biking and hiking from May to Nov., and winter sports from Jan. to March. A breathtaking belvédère awaits you at the top along with other geological attractions. Be aware that some off-trails on the higher mountain (left side) have been known for naturists, yoga practising and meditation groups. I've never encountered such groups although heard about them from time-to-time from local hikers during summer. Oh! Watch out for black bears! I've spotted one in late Oct. 2018.

Good place to see with kids. My 5 year old made a 4km walk in snow (easy part only). There is also some decent tubing slides in winter. It is owned by the city and well maintained. Does not cost much either. If you are close by, it is worth a little detour.
