Completed a portion of this trail as part of a longer snowshoe adventure. Beautiful forested area connecting to numerous other park trails. Shared with snow bikers in the winter so be mindful if you venture out.

Short and easy trail through the forest. Unfortunately the parking lot at the trail head is blocked off and I hear it’s been blocked off for a while. I’m not sure why. I had to park on Grives and access the trailhead from there by taking a trail at the side of Chemin de Montaigne. Nice trail to get there though.

For toddlers this is a 5 star trail. One half of the trail has old growth trees and the other half has newer growth. There are interpretative panels explaining the different trees. It's a short trail but beautiful in the fall. Very gentle and perfect for little kids. Unfortunately it seems the trail has been closed the last few years and the parking lot is blocked off. Maybe Gatineau Park is trying to regenerate the trail?
