Overall a great single lane trail . Lots of bugs. Very wooded . Lots of little abandoned cars / trucks / water pails / houses and cabins along the way which made the walk enjoyable. Not very steep climbs, but very rooty. Once again, lots of bugs, like ants and mosquitos ! The only real place to stop and have a break or picnic is at the start of the trail where you park . Some trees that came down probably from hurricane Dorian are still there but they haven’t fell down completely and just rest on other trees . Easily passable without ducking underneath . The whole trail is really well marked with trail tape and Km travelled markers etc, however, we couldn’t find the connector trail at the start of the blue loop and started continuing onto the blue loop which is what we didn’t want to do . All abandoned items seem to be on the red loop.

We rode this trail when visiting PEI in July. Fun trail. A lot of trees down. With a little clean up would be a really fun ride.

A nice, low-impact trail with enough little hills and enjoyable forest scenery to make for a lovely morning hike.

This was a nice hike through the woods, not too much to view other than the abandoned cabin and old cars randomly dispersed throughout heavily wooded areas that make you wonder if people are terrible drivers or just forgot where they parked many years ago. Also, a very good trail for people who tire easily. Half way through I was out of breath and then when I stopped to rest the flies carried me back to my car. What I am saying is: unless you plan on dumping half of your life savings on bug repellent, maybe stick to a more opened hiking trail.
