I love walking and biking this trail! The waterfront gives you great views and a nice breeze off the water on hot days.

This is a great evening cycle after a day at work. I love to do this one in early spring as it is mostly open and drier than the wooded areas to the west. The trail follows the St. Lawrence River and is very scenic. and if you go just a little beyond Gray's Creek, you can to the Sheep's Head Bistro for ice cream, a great incentive.

This trail takes you East along the Waterfront Trail from Lamoureux Park to Gray's Creek. The trail is a well maintained paved multi-use trail that offers great views of the St. Lawrence River. The route overlooks Marina 200, Legion Park, Cornwall Harbour, Cotton Mill District, St. Lawrence College and Nav Centre. Part of the trail is a unique floating section. Great opportunity to spot herons, ducks, geese, cormorants and other wildlife. The trail head offers free parking and public restrooms at the Civic Complex.
