I love walking and biking this trail! The waterfront gives you great views and a nice breeze off the water on hot days.

This is a great evening cycle after a day at work. I love to do this one in early spring as it is mostly open and drier than the wooded areas to the west. The trail follows the St. Lawrence River and is very scenic. and if you go just a little beyond Gray's Creek, you can to the Sheep's Head Bistro for ice cream, a great incentive.
