HikingIcySnow

It seemed like it would be a great trail under better conditions but it was super icy on the hills today. Even my dog was skidding backwards down a hill. We had to turn back 10 minutes in because it really felt unsafe. I’ll have to try again later when things melt a bit!

Very slippery with the mix of mud, leaves and snow. But always a great workout!

HikingFeeGreat!

Beautiful trail. Just as described in other reviews - leaves covering the forest floor were lovely, very hilly, great cardio. A couple of off-leash dogs and a bit muddy in spots. There is a loop that isn't shown on the map, so our hike was probably closer to 4km-4.5km. Overall, loved it and would go back.

Lots of small rolling hills - great workout. Saw some deer. Trail was dry but would avoid this trail after a heavy rain fall. Kids loved it. We walked to the end & back of a couple different exits - squeezed 5K out of the area. Great trail.

Great trail.. we hike this one as often as we can. Lots of free parking. It’s very hilly at some parts so bring lots of water!

I think this is my favourite trail in London so far! Several deer crossed the path right in front of me. Such a beautiful area.

Nice trail all over. Muddy in some areas. Requires wood chips be added to avoid slipping. Sometimes you see leash free dogs!! In general it is great.
