Easy hike on dirt path. Not sure what the other review is about. Beautiful view of the Ottawa river. Some interpretive signs.

From the parking lot on Clinton Rd. in West Milford, it is a strong up-hill hike with a few levels to catch your breath a take a drink of water. Some hand over hand climbs. The destination is a pond at the top of a small mountain. Beautiful and some-what famous. I have meet people there from a; over the state. I understand the swimming is very refreshing.
